Plans are heating up for the proposed Mississippi River Learning Center, an estimated $60 million project that would bring new recreational and learning opportunities to a riverside site near Crosby Farm Regional Park in St. Paul.

An Environmental Assessment Worksheet released Tuesday reveals that the city of St. Paul and its project partners — which include the Great River Passage Conservancy (GRPC), National Park Service (NPS), and Mississippi Park Connection — are taking comments on the project through Nov. 13.
