TEN x TEN is an award-winning landscape architecture and urban design office based in
Minneapolis, MN. Our practice is grounded by a shared curiosity and passion for experimentation and agency. We collaborate with visionary clients and teams to co-create immersive future-focused landscapes that adapt to social, economic and environmental transformation. 

Our office is currently home to six full-time employees. We celebrate diverse skill sets,

Our office is located one block from the Mississippi River in the warehouse district in downtown Minneapolis.

We are working on projects at a range of scales and typologies including: a public space that wraps the former LTV Steel Mill in Pittsburgh, public libraries in Fayetteville AR and Norman OK, Historic Fort Snelling Revitalization, the Mia Masterplan here in Minneapolis, the DIA Plaza and Cultural Connections Competition in Detroit, the Fossey Foundation in Rwanda, several high-end residential projects and have a handful of other projects on the horizon. We are excited to grow our team as we continue to take on new projects.

Who we are looking for: A highly motivated, extremely creative, organized, fun and collaborative person with 1-3 years of professional experience. A person who loves strategizing, discussing and problem solving through working together on small teams in a dynamic, creative environment. We need a collaborator who happily takes on responsibility, has exceptional communication skills and can work independently to push a project and idea forward. A person who thrives on positive critical feedback, is eager to learn and always game for a challenge.

Responsibilities will include:
+ Idea and design conceptualization, both independently and collaboratively with the design team and/or consultants;
+ Ideating across a variety of mediums including sketching, digital drawing, physical modeling and 3D Modeling (Rhino, AutoCAD, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite primarily)
+ Creation of high quality representational materials for projects at all phases of development (diagrams, drawings, renderings, sections, axons, models, etc);
+ Ability to take on leadership within a small design team;
+ Ability to work independently to push design ideas forward and coordinate with design
partners/consultants; and
+ Ability to prepare materials for internal design meetings as well as for client and public
meetings in an efficient and quick manner.
+ All candidates must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros and VRay/Lumion.
